**A viewing is thirty minutes to see our options of decor (Thursday & Friday) and a consultation is a hour and forty-five minutes to go over options step by step, booking and playing with decor for your big day with contract and deposit (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday). You don't want to miss out, our inventory is top notch with a warehouse full of wonderful goodies to choose from.

We are located in Seward, NE off of highway 34 on the west end of town. Our lovely town is the Fourth of July City of Nebraska.
We may be a small town but we definitely have lots to offer here.

HOW RENTALS WORK / BOOK WITH US
HOW OUR RENTALS WORK

PLEASE READ UPDATED VERSION FOR 2025 subject to all future brides and brides whom have not submitted their current deposit and contract.
We have a 3by3 policy created to make things as stress free and hassle free as possible, especially for those that have to travel!!! You have up to three days before the wedding/event to pick up items and up to three days to return items after your big day. We are closed Sundays. Payment is due in full at pick up - no exceptions! We take check, cash, and Venmo. Please, no credit cards. All items must be returned in same like conditions as they were received. If items are late or damaged there will be a late and/or replacement fee at current full cost. As well as a cleaning fee if items are returned dirty.
We are available for consult by appointment only. To respect each bride and their consultation time, we cannot by any means accept walk-ins. The consultation is designed to go over how we work, expectation of handeling rental items, specific contract details, helping you cultivate your dream wedding, review available rental items on your big day, and options that best fit your vision on a budget. Consultations are Thursday-Saturday. Viewings are Thursday and Friday.
Rentals are now in packages based off reception guest table count. If you are not needing guest table decor there is a package for you as well. Reach out to us via email with any questions you may have. You will receive a preliminary itemized list to review and make changes to upon your own discretion. A final itemized list must be returned ninety days before the wedding/event. Changes within ninety days before the wedding/event are subject to additional fees and loss of deposit. This is for the protection and integrity of your wedding design and the available time and labor of our crew. We do have a five hundred minimum to book with us.
Rental deposit and contract need to be submitted in full in order to save your date and hold your rental items at the agreed price during your consultation, the cost of rental items are subject to change if these two things are not completed. If you fail to submit your deposit and signed contract, then your items will not be reserved and remain available for others to be able to rent on your same wedding/event day. Deposits start at five hundred and are subject to change depending on your rentals items.
In addition, we have a two hundred dollar fee that is subtracted from your deposit, this covers the time and labor it takes to design and pack your order, along with working with you up to wedding day. After items are returned the refundable portion of the deposit is sent back to you. It is vital for you to schedule enough time to review your items at both pick up and drop off so we can make sure your items are in the condition you desire for your wedding/event and returned in the same condition in which they left. As mentioned before, broken or damaged items are subject to full replacement cost. And items returned dirty will be charged.

There is a link at the bottom of this post and on our about tab on this page that allows you to select a day and time to fit your schedule. No consultation, (at Hillcrest’s discretion) are still required to submit a signed contract and deposit. Appointments in person are a must, no exception. You will thank yourself when you take the time to see all the items available, touch and play with the decor, take pictures for reference, and know exactly what you are getting!! This helps you a ton! Pictures are recommended during consult to help remember how to set up on the big day! If you need to change your appointment date, please give us a 48 hour notice so we can make that time available for others. If you no show for your consultation, we will not accept the next availability. If you are running late please let us know asap, we will have to reschedule if you cannot make it within 10 minutes after the start of your consultation appointment time.
