FAQ

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Please feel free to read over our pinned post on our Facebook page that goes over our policy in details. Facebook has a book now Botton where you must book an appointment in person in order to reserve items and get prices. A contract and deposit is required in order to hold items.

IS THERE A DAILY RATE?

The rate is per item. We Rent out our items with a 3by3 Rule, You have 3 days before the wedding to pick up items and then wedding day, then you have 3 days after to return items. Late fees do apply to those that return after the 3 days.

WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

I ask that reservations are made asap. Slots fill up fast.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?

All items are picked up at HIllcrest Wedding Decor Rentals and dropped off at Hillcrest Wedding Decor Rentals. Our 3by3 Policy applies to each client.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?

Payments are due when you pick up your items for your special day.

Along with a contract stating that you will return such items back to Hillcrest Wedding Decor Rentals on the drop off date.
